DNow stands for Disciple Now. Discipleship is the process of helping each other grow in our faith and relationship with Jesus. We take this seriously because Jesus told us in Matthew 28 to make disciples. DNow is just one event that can help us in that process.
This will be a weekend here in town where we have worship services, small group Bible studies, and really fun activities. We normally stay in host homes, but due to the current rise in Covid19 cases locally, students will now be dropped off and picked up each day. (See the schedule below for times.) We will continue to follow the proper guidelines at the time of DNow to ensure the health and safety of everyone involved.
This year we will be talking about the reality that while everything in our culture is trying to get us to live one way, Jesus calls us to live His way. That means that He has called us to a life that swims "Upstream" of the culture we live in. That can be really hard at times. But through this weekend, we will see how God makes it totally worth it!
