Important Upcoming Dates
June 7-11 Louisville Mission Trip
Pray for students as they have the opportunity to engage in cross-cultural simulation & training, community transformation projects, prayer walking, a multi-cultural scavenger hunt, community sports and bible club outreaches.
June 26-30 Summer Camp
Cost is $275.
We are heading back to Crossings, and the theme this year is Identity.
July 3 Firework Celebration
6:00 pm - 10:00 pm
Meet at the associational field for food, games, and fellowship.
July 6 Kings Island Trip
7:00 am - 12:30 am. Sign up today by clicking the event title.
Cost is $80.
Your student must sign up at least one week in advance to participate in this trip. The $80 covers park ticket, all day soda, all day meals, and transportation. Drop off and pick up at church.
July 11-15 Junior High Local Outreach
1:00 pm - 4:00 pm each day (tentative times). Sign up today at oakhillbc.org/events
This local outreach opportunity is open to students in 6th - 8th grade. We are running a day camp for Pleasant Ridge Trailer Park that will include games, crafts, bible study, and snacks.
July 20 Escape Game Nashville
9:00 am - 6:00 pm. Sign up today by clicking the event title.
Cost is $45.
Your student must sign up at least one week in advance to participate in this trip. The $45 covers game, lunch, and dinner. Drop off and pick up at church.
July 27 Paintball at Silver Spur Splat
12:00 pm - 6:00 pm. Sign up today by clicking the event title.
Cost is $30.
Your student must sign up at least one week in advance to participate in this trip. The $30 covers rentals and paint. No meals provided. Drop off and pick up at church.
August 6 Rock Climbing
6:00 am - 9:00 pm. Sign up today by clicking the event title.
Cost is $60.
Your student must sign up at least one week in advance to participate in this trip. The $60 covers the rock climbing and dinner. Students need to bring a sack lunch. Drop off and pick up at church. (If your child is interested in repelling, they can add that for $50)
A note to parents: I would love your help with any of the events above. If you have the time or the willingness to help, I would LOVE for you to be a chaperone at any of our events!
