I am excited to share with you all an update on the ongoing renovations at our North Campus! God is moving in wonderful ways, and the transformation of this campus is a testament to His provision and the faithful support of our church community.
The North Campus sanctuary is coming along step by step. As renovations continue, we can already envision how this space will soon be filled with worship, fellowship, and the presence of the Lord. It’s truly becoming a warm and welcoming place where lives will be changed.
Our education building is nearing completion. This will be where some of our adult Life groups will meet on Sunday mornings. These groups will be groups that do not need childcare ministry support while they meet. These spaces have been thoughtfully designed to foster spiritual growth, connection, and discipleship. I can’t wait to see the impact that the ministry in these rooms will have on our church family.
The foyer area is currently under heavy construction and shaping up to be a bright, open space for connection and hospitality. Once completed, it will serve as a beautiful and functional welcome area for everyone who walks through our doors.
We would also like to ask for your prayers regarding the elevator installation in our education building. This addition is essential to provide full accessibility throughout the facility. The plans have been submitted to the state for approval, and we are currently waiting for that approval to move forward. This step is holding up our overall completion timeline, so please join us in praying that the approval process moves swiftly and smoothly.
Outside, the transformation continues as well. The building exterior has been freshly painted, and most of the new stone facade is now in place, giving our campus a fresh, updated look that reflects the new life happening inside. Toward the end of the construction phase, we will also be replacing the existing parking lot to address years of deferred maintenance which has led to decay of the parking lot. This will ensure that the exterior of our North Campus is not only beautiful but also safe and fully functional for everyone who visits.
In addition to the renovations, the old shelter house has been demolished and removed, and a new concrete floor has already been poured in preparation for the construction of a brand-new shelter house. This was an important and necessary part of the overall campus development. We are so thankful for those who gave above and beyond to help raise the funds for this extra work—your generosity is making a lasting impact.
Thank you for your continued prayers, generosity, and patience as we move closer to the completion of this exciting project. We look forward to celebrating together in these new spaces, ready to serve our community and grow in faith like never before.
I love you and I love being your pastor!
