We will be going to Generate Student Summer Camp in Cedarville, OH Monday, June 28th - Friday, July 2nd! Cost will be $250 per student. Registration Form (link below), Notarized Camp Waiver & Release Form (link below), OHBC Medical Release Form (found within the Registration Form), and payment are due on or before Sunday, June 6th.
A parent must drop off at 7:00 am on June 28th to fill out a Pre-Event Screening Form. We will depart at 8:00 am that day and return around 2:30 pm July 2nd.
